To comply with global financial regulations, Bincentive fully implements and enforces the KYC policy. If your KYC verification is rejected, there may be several reasons:
1. The uploaded documents and photos do not meet the scope of verification.
2. The uploaded documents and photos are unclear or are covered by other objects.
3. The document information has been incorrectly filled in.
4. There may be regulations in your country that restrict you from using Bincentive's premium services.
Bincentive will indicate the reason for rejection upon returning the application. Please contact the Bincentive customer service staff (firstname.lastname@example.org) after preparing the relevant materials again. The staff will re-open your application within 1 day after receiving new information.
Note: In order to protect your personal information, Bincentive customer service staff will not independently ask you for your personal identification information. Please do not send your personal ID files to the support email or any other official community channels (FB, Line, Telegram, WeChat, etc.).
