If you want to update phone number or 2FA information as an existing Bincentive member, you will be required to verify your identity via KYC. Documents you will need are as follows.
- Photos of the front and back of your passport.
- Confirm that the application is done by you.
- Updating phone number: Submit a selfie photo of your holding your passport with a handwritten note that reads "I am changing my phone number from XXXX-XXXXXX to XXXX-XXXXXX" + "For Bincentive's use only" + "20YY/MM/DD".
- Updating 2FA authenticator: Submit a selfie photo of your holding your passport with a handwritten note that reads "I'd like to change my 2FA authenticator" + "For Bincentive's use only" + "20YY/MM/DD".
Please send the above documents to support@bincentive.com with the title - <Your name> - Request to update phone number/2FA authenticator.
Our staff will review and confirm within 3 business days after receiving a request.
