Complete removal of a Bincentive account is not possible at this time. You may opt to pause all account features. To submit a request, you will be required to verify your identity via KYC. Documents you will need are as follows.
1. Photos of the front and back of your ID.
2. Submit a selfie photo of your holding the front of your ID with a handwritten note that reads "I request pausing my account xxx@xxx.com" + "For Bincentive's use only" + "202Y/MM/DD".
Please send the above documents to support@bincentive.com with the title - <Your name> - Request to pause account.
Our staff will review and confirm within 3 business days after receiving a request.
