If you still can’t receive SMS verification code after all steps mentioned above are taken, please reach out to Bincentive customer support or Bincentive official LINE@ for assistance. Our customer support team will need you to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
・Your Account (email)
・Registered Phone Number
・A Selfie of you holding a handwritten note with the current date. (Bincentive do not accept any other form of note.) (This is a necessary procedure due to security concerns)
After Bincentive customer support team confirm your identity with a phone call, verification code will be sent via email@example.com.
