Upgrading to level 4 in the Loyalty Program is unavailble from now on in order to maintain trading and service quality. Whereas Level 2 & Level 3 upgrades are still available. The rights and benefits for members who are already level 4 members in the Loyalty Program remain the same. (Please kindly note that members are not able to get back to level 4 once staking is cancelled.)
